When you register a Subiz account, we collect and store information actively provided by you, including your name, phone number, email, address, tax code (if any) of the business, and the name, phone number, email of users using Subiz. All information is actively entered by you and can be customized or deleted when needed. We use this information to support the provision of Subiz services to you. By using the service, you agree to the use of cookies, access information, images to operate the service, edit personal information and content; store information on your computer to save you time by minimizing the hassle of repeatedly entering similar information, to display personal content, or for suitableadvertising information to be stored and reappearing for your next visit on the website.
We will use that personal information to support the provision of services to you such as sending notifications about new updates in the service or sending you information about promotions,promotional activities related to products and services, and we commit not to use it for any other purpose.
Personal information is stored for the duration of your use of Subiz services. Subiz owns data storage and the rights to the Subiz software. You have the right to delete personal information directly on the Subiz software. After you stop using Subiz services, personal information and all other data related to your account will be automatically deleted after 14 days of service expiration. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information by logging into the Website subiz.com.vn, selecting "Settings", then selecting "Delete business account" to send a request to Subiz. Within 24 hours, Subiz's consulting team will contact you to confirm your decision to delete the account. After your confirmation, Subiz will proceed to delete your account, which includes all data related to your account. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you do not actively delete the account, your account and related data will also be automatically and permanently deleted 14 days after the service contract expires.
You have the right to file a complaint about the disclosure of your personal information to a third party to Subiz. Upon receiving these feedbacks, Subiz will reconfirm the information, be responsible for answering the reason and guiding you to restore and secure the information.

This section applies to the Google Business Profile integration in Subiz, provided by VietNambiz Online Solution Joint Stock Company. It governs Google user data, including data derived from it, and takes precedence over the general provisions above concerning marketing, sharing and business transfers.
When you connect your Google account and authorize access on Google's consent screen, Subiz accesses your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture to identify the connected account. We also access the Business Profile accounts and locations you manage, including identifiers, business names, descriptions, addresses, phone numbers and website links, so you can select and connect locations to Subiz. For connected locations, we collect reviews, star ratings, reviewer names and profile pictures, review identifiers, creation and update times, and business replies. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain the connection without asking for your Google password.
Subiz uses this data to display connected locations, synchronize new and updated reviews into Subiz conversations, notify your team, and let authorized users manage customer reviews. We send, update or delete business replies on Google when you take these actions in Subiz, including automatic replies you configure. Google user data is used only to provide or improve these user-facing integration features. It is not used for advertising, retargeting, marketing campaigns, credit scoring or lending, and is not sold to data brokers or information resellers. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Connected reviews and replies are available to users authorized within your Subiz business account. Replies you publish are sent to Google and may be publicly visible on your Business Profile. We may share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the integration on your behalf and with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. Any transfer as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets requires your explicit prior consent. Subiz does not permit service providers to use Google user data for their own advertising or other unrelated purposes. Subiz personnel may access the data only with your affirmative agreement for support, when necessary for security, or as required by law.
Google account details, connection tokens, connected location information, and synchronized reviews and replies are stored on Subiz's server infrastructure to operate the integration and maintain conversation history. We use HTTPS to encrypt data transmitted between Subiz and Google, authenticate requests, and check business account permissions to restrict access to connected data and actions on reviews.
You can disconnect the integration in Subiz's Google review settings or revoke Subiz's access through yourGoogle Account connections. This stops future access; it does not automatically delete reviews and conversation history already stored in Subiz. Stored Google data follows the retention and account deletion rules in sections 3 and 5, including deletion 14 days after service expiration. To request deletion of your connected Google account data, tokens and synchronized reviews without deleting your entire Subiz account, email support@subiz.comwith your Subiz account and connected Google email address. We verify your authority before processing the request. Deleting data from Subiz does not delete original reviews on Google.
Subiz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If we change how we access or use Google user data, we will update this policy, notify you and obtain your consent before using the data for a new purpose.
