Get started with your YouTube channel

Open the YouTube integration
Log in to Subiz, open the YouTube integration and select “Connect YouTube channel”.
Authorize through Google
Choose the account that manages your channel. Review the permissions on Google’s consent screen and approve if you want to connect.
Manage in Subiz
Check your connected channel, browse videos and configure how you receive and reply to comments.

Why does Subiz need YouTube access?

Subiz uses YouTube API Services to provide this integration. You authorize access through Google when you choose to connect your channel.

Data accessed	How it is used in Subiz
YouTube channel information	Identify and display the channel you connect, including its channel ID, name and profile image.
Video information	Display videos, titles, thumbnails and links so you can choose which videos’ comments to manage.
Comments and replies	Synchronize comment content and commenter information provided by YouTube, and send replies based on your actions or settings.
OAuth authorization information	Maintain the YouTube connection you authorize. You sign in on Google and do not provide your Google password to Subiz.

The permission shown by Google may include the ability to manage YouTube content. Subiz uses this access for the channel, video and comment features described on this page. Review the full consent screen before continuing.

You control your connection and data

Revoke access

You can revoke Subiz’s access at any time in your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents further access; it does not automatically delete data already stored in Subiz.

Request data deletion

To request deletion of YouTube integration data stored in Subiz, contact support@subiz.com with your Subiz account and the relevant channel. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
