Unplanned Issue on Nov 17 & Our Sincere Apology

November 17, 2016 - What Is New in Subiz?

Dear our valued customers,

This afternoon, we experienced an unplanned trouble which was caused by server overload. This server is controlling the connectivity between the widget and our system.

Due to that reason, the widget display was not stable from 08:01 AM to 09:23 AM UTC on 17 November 2016.

We had successfully detected the problem and resolved it. Our system is now running at an usual performance. We do apologize for the inconvenience!
