A Totally New Chat Widget – Ready to Take You by Surprise

It’s quite obvious to see that together with launching Subiz version 2.0, we bring out a 100% completely new chat widget. We’ve spent several months redesigning chat widget and finally, it’s here with all our pride and excitement.

The biggest change you can easily realise that instead of offering four themes like we did in Subiz version 1.0, we’ve just create only one theme. It doesn’t sound like improvement at all but it does. In this case, less is more.

Why change?

With only one theme, we can focus more on how to optimize the chat widget. Many strong features as well as major enhancement have been incorporated to the live chat interface, such as notification, sound setting etc. We’d rather get all we have converged in only one theme than spread our resources in many themes. We also promise the best technology, the best infrastructure to create the best chat widget.

What should you do?

Not intentionally, while upgrading new chat widget, something may change, and even worse, some minor errors or instability arise. We advise you to spend time checking some categories following to make sure everything’s alright:

- Chat bubble

- Chat button

- Greeting

- Agent avatar

- Color

We’re really happy to say that we did many big changes with chat widget version 2.0. Here are some example:

- Gallery of chat button and chat bubble

Many of you will love the chat button and chat bubble gallery. It’s full of colors, sizes and shapes to choose. Or use your imagination to create by your own.

- Logo (company)

We’ve talked much about how to improve brand image by customizing chat widget. Now, we offer one more way: presenting logo of your company. Nothing better than introducing your brand image to customers without mentioning it.

- Social media

No one can’t deny the power of social media and neither can we. So from now on, your visitor can easily keep in touch with you just by some clicks.

- Auto detect language

With new chat widget, system can auto detect and convert into visitor’s language. We’ve created the feature with the hope to narrow language barrier that visitor may encounter.
