Subiz Has Upgraded and Interacted with the Library Analytics.js (Google Analytics)

Library analytics.js is the latest library JavaScript reserved for Google Analytics designed to take advantages of all new features of Universal Analytics Background platform.

As you know, Subiz interacts and transfers Subiz’s data in Google Analytics if you have to use Google Analytics.

Tracking Subiz chat events with Google Analytics

From 21 June 2014, Subiz has upgraded to interact with the library Analytics.js. If you are using o libraries ga.js and dc.js (the older library of Google Analytics) you need to switch to library Analytics.js to continue receving data from Subiz.

For checking libraries that you are using, you must see fragment codes Google Analytics embed into website. You will see as the image below:
